This place is really fun, the trails are super flowy and well maintained. I rode here after heavy rain and the trails were surprisingly dry. The soil is sandy and the builders have incorporated a lot of drainage features.

Great place for biking. Warm afternoons not ideal for non-bikers due to number of bikers on the trails. Some of my favorite trails in Vermont especially low Flo.

Great for beginners and intermediates. Don't ride when wet, the high traffic makes it fragile in places
