Great bunch of people to deal with. Highly recommend this dealership. I bought a bike from them and they really make you feel appreciated and like a friend. Casey was great to communicate with and very helpful in all aspects, if she couldn't answer my question, she would direct me to the proper person. I CANNOT emphasize more that this place will treat you right. I will definitely buy here again.
There are a lot of Harley dealerships out there that are rude, uncaring, short and only interested in selling you something, this place is definitely not one of them. Be sure to visit if you're in the area.

Friendliest HD Dealer I have EVER visited! I own a Harley and visit dealerships on my route to pick up a T-shirt, poker chip etc, Sometimes I buy something, sometimes I don't. This dealership was amazing. We were greeted by numerous staff, asked if we needed help with anything by different staff members and spoke to staff about the bikes with them knowing full well I wasn't in the market for a new one right now. They had free grill cheese sandwiches (who doesn't want a free sandwich?) and asked us to hop on a bike and lay on the horn when the bell rings (someone just bought a bike which is a thing here I guess).
Highly recommended. While I'm not sure I will choose a Harley, the interaction with the sales representative Anthony, as well as the sales manager Shawn, has been top-notch. After stopping by, I got a call to check how it had gone; I gave positive feedback but also identified an opportunity for improvement. Shortly after I received a callback from the manager who was very positive. The opposite of defensiveness! Anyway, the professionalism is comforting in the event I choose a Harley. Highly recommended.
