Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jeff was absolutely hilarious. He had us laughing the whole time. We had a really fun and courteous crew. They were incredibly hardworking. It's amazing how much work is put into hot air ballooning. Would highly recommend Above Reality Hot Air Balloon Rides. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity and a wonderful experience.
Pilot/owner Jeff kept me informed of possible changes to my booked flight due to weather and offered other possible times. Indeed, my original flight was cancelled and had to be rebooked.
Jeff was humorous, but yet remained serious, during safety briefing. While in flight he explained many different sights and no question went unanswered.

Pilot Jeff Snyder & crew are amazing! Very professional and informative, yet they keep it light and fun. I’ve been on several balloon flights before and “Above Reality” is by far the best! The launch site Jeff chose put us on a flight path that maximized the stunning beauty of Vermont’s mountains and waterways. It was an outstanding flight, could not have been better. Jeff does a great job of keeping you informed about the balloon, scenery and upcoming photo op’s, etc, etc… I will definitely recommend “Above Reality” to family and friends and anyone else considering a balloon ride!
From the first communication with until the final drop off the Above Reality experience was a fantastic one. Jeff's passion for the balloon and rider experience shows in every step of the adventure. It was fascinating being able to watch the entire set up process, to listen to the information about how a launch location is decided. The transition into flight, the amazing views, touching the treetops truly made for a memorable experience. Landing, watching the tear down, drinking champagne all just help make the whole adventure magical. I highly recommend Above Reality Hot air Balloon Rides - Jeff & his team are the best of the best.

The experience was amazing. The ground crew worked very hard and were so professional making us feel very safe. The pilot was very experienced and used humor to put us at ease while being extremely professional.
