Absolutely awful. The agent I worked with didn't know much about the properties she showed me. She didn't seem to know much about real estate laws either. I found her to be dishonest, inept, and lacking any kind of responsibility. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen in this state. Better to pick one who knows what he/she is doing.
