I would give zero stars if I could, I had a terrible experience with this company and was given no apologies for late delivery. They were 5 hours outside the delivery window and could not care less how inconvenient that was, I had to arrange for another delivery day where again, they were several hours late.
This is the worst delivery service ever. We ordered a pool from Walmart. It arrived in their warehouse on a Friday. We received a phone call on the following Wednesday (The day the pool was supposed to have been delivered.) They wanted to know which day on the following week worked best for us. When we questioned them on why it had not been delivered today, as it should've been, we were told they had tried to call several times in the past week, and couldn't even get voicemail. Odd... our phone number is a company phone which is monitored 24/7. After we called the woman out on her statement, she said she had tried to call twice in the past week. Again, we called her out on it, and she replied that she had tried to call yesterday. She couldn't even keep her lies straight.
Don't ever use this company for delivery of anything. They have been holding my delivery since 7.18.16 and the only reason they moved on it was because we contacting the seller of the merchandise and they put pressure on them to deliver it to us. When they called to schedule they were rude and could care less when or if we received. It was a birthday gift and now a very late birthday gift! If I could give less than 1 star I would.
I absolutely would NOT use this service for anything. I will also be complaining to Walmart. Delays, I can understand... but to be flat out lied to and then have my delivery delayed by an additional 10 days is absolutely unacceptable.
This company is the worst company to work for, if you decide to drive for this company be prepared to have your pay cut there is no over-time offered even after a 60 hour work week,and if your truck happens to get stuck you have to pay out of your own pocket!! Never have I worked with a more unprofessional company in my life nor will I ever. NED IS A BAD COMPANY!
We orderd two paddle boards from San Diego CA, the first freight company was great and got everything on time. Then they partnered with NED, we called them to ask where our packages were and they said that they would call us back when the order was processed, five days later they called and said that they had just processed it and it would take 3 days for them to get it on the truck. It finally gets delivered in the fourth day and there are dents and gashes all over the boxes. There was no actual damage though from the excellent packing job of the paddle board company,
