When in the middle of moving and stress levels are high, Darrin made scheduling carpet cleaning around my work schedule a breeze. Quick replies by email, good pricing, arrived on time, awesome work, and was very kind. When he finished, he offered to leave a box fan until after he was done at another location to help dry the floor, due to the rain and cool temps. (I'm very late reviewing, but Thank you Darrin!)

Darin and his team are amazing. My carpets are being replaced but in the meantime They need love. 22 year old off white burber, kids and a puppy. Match met, home rug cleaner just not enough... seeing the Crystal van around frequently and knowing they hold contracts with big business I looked them up. Amazing, lots of stars and satisfied customers!! After contacting I was impressed how great Darin worked with my schedule and how personable he was. He came over and knocked out the carpets and I was impressed how clean and fresh they came out even some set in stains now gone. I was so impressed I asked him to return to do more. I left and let him to it, he's the kinda guy you feel safe leaving in your home alone, when I came back not only had he finished he said he re did the loving room because he thought it could look better. And surely I didn't think that was possible and yet he topped himself.
