New kiosks are pretty cool! Restaurant looks great, if the mobile app hadn't failed miserably the other night, leaving me with waiting for 30 minutes until employees told me "sorry but it's not working" this would be a much higher rating.
On the bright side, this is the nicest McDonald's I've ever been in by far. The self service kiosks are awesome! It's incredibly clean too.
It was decent! The guy was nice, there was a little bit of mix up in the order but other then that it was great! Then me and my homies enjoyed our wonderful meal in the parking lots. Also shout to those mcflurrys
They have all this new technology where you order at this machine and go sit at a table and they bring your food to you kind of like a restaurant then a few times throughout your meal they come over ask you if you need anything they gave us a Min and I have a 14 month old baby and they gave me a moist towelette for him without me even asking it was very good service and very cool technology
Watched the employee prepping my food pause, bring it up to his face for a good sniff, toss it out and start over. Didn't inspire a lot of confidence.
Outstanding guest service. Warm and always friendly.
