I can't believe this woman is still in business. I was able to get her to make me a cake last year for my daughter's sweet 16 (after calling 9 times and never getting a call back someone finally answered the phone). The cake was delicious but her business skills need a lot of work. This year I ordered another cake (had to go to the house to order it because nobody would return my messages). When I showed up last night to pick up the cake, she told me she had forgotten the order!!! I had no cake on my daughter's 17th birthday! Unbelievable. No apology, no offer of a way to make it up to me, nothing. I got talking to some of my friends who have had similar bad experiences with this business and have not gone back since. My advice - do not order anything from this business!
She's a phenomenal woman! I love her cakes! I've never had a problem with customer service at piece of cake before!
